Yes, your booth fee includes as many 6′ tables and chairs as you’d like. Table linens are not included.
Can’t make it to all three days of Showcase due to staffing issues or previous commitments, but don’t want to miss out? No problem, we offer options for one or two days.
Yes, free high speed wifi internet is included throughout the building.
All booths on the main floor and in the upstairs hall include professional pipe and drape; 8′ high back wall and half wall on either side. End cap booths are generally left open on the aisles.
Yes, all booths have access to basic electricity. Extension cords or special electrical hook ups are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Yes! Register and pay in full before November 1st to save 10% on registration fees, promotional products, printed materials and booth marketing products. Plus, registered non-profit organizations save 50% on select booth fees.
Of course, we love our MLM’ers! However, just one representative per direct marketing company or franchise is permitted, so be sure to register early. Representatives that were vendors at our last show will have first opportunity to return for the next show. Contact us to find out if your category is still available.
Yes, there are several options within the town of Petawawa. Our sponsor partner, Quality Inn & Suites, is located directly across the street from the Showcase venue and offers a discounted vendor rate for the event weekend.
