Price includes one 6′ table and chairs. Racks and shelving outside the dimensions of your table are NOT PERMITTED. If you need more space, then rent more tables. Signage, business cards or branding is NOT PERMITTED. If you run a business then please rent a vendor booth downstairs. *By registering for a yard sale table you agree with the terms and conditions (see below).

By participating in this Community Yard Sale, all sellers and attendees agree to abide by the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable event for everyone.

Prohibited Items:

The sale, display, or distribution of the following items is strictly forbidden:

  • Weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, knives, explosives, or replicas.
  • Flammable, hazardous, or toxic substances, including gasoline, lighter fluid, fireworks, or other combustible materials.
  • Illegal or controlled substances, including drugs, drug paraphernalia, or alcohol.
  • Offensive or controversial items, including those that promote hate speech, violence, or discrimination.
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods, including any items that violate trademarks, copyrights, or other legal protections.
  • Brand new, retail or business branded merchandise. The community yard sale is for second-hand goods only. If you are a business then download the vendor package.

General Guidelines:

  • Sellers are responsible for ensuring all items comply with local laws and regulations.
  • The event organizers reserve the right to remove any prohibited items and/or ask sellers to leave if they fail to comply. NO REFUNDS.
  • Participants assume full responsibility for their items and transactions. The organizers are not liable for any disputes, accidents, or damages.

Community Yard Sale FAQ

All of your burning questions answered here! But if not, contact us to ask anything you’d like.

Yes, your booth fee includes one 6′ table and chairs, if you’d like. Table linens and hydro are not included.

Yes, if you are renting a table(s) for multiple days. We provide on-site security for the duration of the show. If you are only renting a table for one day all items that you’ve brought but haven’t sold must be removed from the building.

Yes, free high speed wifi internet is included throughout the building.

No. Unloading your items and setting up your table is your responsibility. You should bring your own carts and dollies if required.

No, however we will provide a community electrical booth for people to test that electronics are working correctly.

Yes! Visitors will have access to several banks machines for cash withdrawl. Please be prepared to make change for your customers, or price your items accordingly.

Yes! There is an elevator from the main entrance to the second floor, as well as a wide staircase. These options will be very busy as everyone wants to load their items in at the same time so prepare your set up times accordingly.

Friday, April 25: 8am – 12 noon.  Saturday, April 26: 8am – 10am.  Sunday, April 27: 8am – 10am.
